Got a call from them, it was a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC, saying I or my lawyer needed to ring back or face some sort of trouble. Funny enough, it came right on the deadline to pay the next tax instalment for self-employed folks on 31st July! The woman’s voice sounded American too. They used to be called "Bespoke Home Improvements" but I think they might have changed their name to "Regeneration" now. From what I gather, it’s a genuine company, though someone mentioned here they're having some money troubles which might explain the nonstop cold calls. They were ringing me daily for a whole week, even after I used BT Call Protect to block them. So yeah, they’re real but quite irritating. Not harmful though. I’d say they’re Neutral in my book.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from "Regeneration Funding" trying to sell kitchens and bathrooms. I asked her nicely to take us off their list, but she got quite pushy and kept going on and on. I said I’d hang up since we’re on the TPS, but she just kept chatting. Got a call from a firm named Regenerate claiming free home improvements - yeah right! I told them I’m on the no cold call list and they shouldn’t be ringing me up like this. She just kept pushing the sale nonsense. I reminded her again that it was a cold call and she wasn’t allowed to do it. She just said, “Alright, but do you want any home improvements then?” If they ring again, I’m just gonna put them on hold and leave the phone off the hook for hours. That usually sorts it out.

Said they were from Batley which might be right. They didnt seem bothered when I said ive reported the number loads of times to the ICO and sites like this one. Some Asian scammers kept ringing me, and when I told the bloke to jog on and hung up, he actually had the cheek to ring back swearing at me with a bunch of rude words. Looks like BHI have popped up again, using that same local area code trick to fool people into thinking they’re nearby, and still doing those silent hang-up calls like before. I’ve had loads of calls from them over time and only once had a brief chat, less than ten words from me. I told them to delete my info from their database, but obviously didn’t happen! It's a regeneration firm from BRADFORD saying they’ve got grants to help fix up houses. Bespoke Home Improvements seem to be a national builders’ firm, and from what I can tell, they’re genuine. The number shows as Batley or Cleckheaton. I guess business isn’t booming if they’re making cold calls to find new customers. Not sketchy, but not really trustworthy either (how did they get hold of these phone numbers?). Got another silent call where they just hung up. I used 1471 on my landline and it showed a local number from my own area, right in my town. So I called back and it was a business, a woman answered saying it was Bespoke Home Improvements and mentioned I was in a queue for the next available agent. Claimed to be from Regeneration company and wanted to speak to me directly. When I asked where they picked up my info, she mentioned the National Database - never heard of that before. I’ve blocked the number now. I’m signed up with TPS, so I shouldn’t be getting calls like this. What’s being done to stop it???

These poor sods, like battery hens trapped in a tiny box, just spamming calls to strangers who definitely don't want to hear from them. It’s quite miserable to see folk forced to "work" for these con artists, so I try to at least have a bit of a chat, throw their script out the window and keep them company for a bit before nicely saying no to whatever they're selling. Fair play to waste a bit of their time since they waste so much of mine - they'll give up before I do.

Got a call from 01274449214 today, 30/01/2018 round about 10.30am, but they hung up as soon as I picked up. Reading through the comments here, seems like they keep calling and it's something dodgy. Wouldn't call them back, might end up costing you. Feels like a scam to me.

Picked up the phone but no one spoke, just silence. I waited for around half a minute before they just cut off. The area code is from Bradford. These calls are so annoying, probably trying to scam you or get some cash somehow.

A delightful young woman reached out to discuss a refurbishment initiative concerning kitchens, bathrooms, and windows. She mentioned a desire to capture before and after photographs as part of a heavily discounted regeneration programme. When I informed her that I was feeling unwell and having a rough day, she kindly offered to ring me back on Friday. I found it a tad peculiar that they couldn’t provide any information to send my way and only offered a home visit. I made an effort to look up any related regeneration projects or government initiatives, but came up empty-handed. I've since blocked the number as well.

I got a call that seemed like it was coming from a Bradford number, but it was actually from abroad. The moment I picked up, the call just ended straight away. Pretty clear they were trying to scam some cash from me!

Just got another call that hangs up before leaving a message, but when I checked with 1471, the number showed up as from my own area code. Clearly a sneaky trick to get me to ring back since it looks like a local number I might trust. Best to ignore these calls and not answer.

I wasn’t home when they rang, but I’d seen the number pop up before and noticed they never left a voicemail. When I checked my last calls using 1471, I spotted it was the same trick again. The weird thing is the number’s got my local area code, so it looks like they’re trying to fool people into thinking it’s a local caller. Honestly, it’s just more proof you shouldn’t trust them. My advice? Don’t bother calling back, and if you do end up speaking to them, just tell them to leave you alone!

I got a call earlier today from 01272 449214. The woman said she was promoting grants for improving homes and when I asked where the money was coming from, she mentioned it was from a company called the Regeneration Campaign. She seemed really keen to know if I owned the house. But when I asked how they had my number because I'm on the TPS, she said it came from "National Lists" and promised to remove me. I asked again why they’d contacted me despite me being on the TPS, wondering if they even bothered to check. She said sorry and again assured she’d take me off their calling list.

Got two calls from this number today, but it cuts off right when I pick up. The caller ID says INTERNATIONAL, even though the number has a Bradford area code. Quite odd!
