Phone number ☎️ 01274062413 👆 is reported as a likely telemarketing number pretending to be from a UK call centre, often targeting people with offers to switch providers. Some callers hang up abruptly when declined, without politeness. No messages are left, and the calls may sometimes sound like a faulty recording. Overall, it appears to be a persistent nuisance for those who have encountered it.

Other Numbers
This is definitely a telemarketing call attempting to persuade you to change your service provider (if it’s on the level). It’s peculiar, but it did have the ring of a UK-based call centre.
Last week, they insisted I was with Vodafone, and then this week they claimed I was an EE customer, so they clearly haven’t the foggiest idea about who my actual provider is!
I suspect that the local number they've used might just be a recent acquisition intended to give the impression of being nearby; they’ve rung me from the same number on two occasions now, despite my previous indication that I was not interested.
When I expressed my lack of interest, they simply hung up without a polite farewell or any suggestion of possibly reaching out again in the future.
I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
