The voice sounded really robotic and masculine. He told me there's some tax issue against me and that I should press 1 to speak to a representative. He also warned that if I didn't respond, they'd send a warrant and I'd be arrested soon. I just ended the call.

Someone saying they were from Safestyle called me, saying they did some work at my place back in 2016. They asked for my email to send a link for a positive review, saying I had to respond by midnight to enter a prize draw. I told them I wasn’t giving my email, then they just hung up.

Very cautious with these people. I never requested any quote but got a text on my phone saying I did. I blocked their number since they kept ringing me 2 or 3 times daily, thankfully I never picked up. Even with the number blocked, I still get a missed call notification on my voicemail about once a day. Feels less like pushy marketing and more like a dodgy scam trying to get info out of you.

safestyle windows - i requested a no-pressure quote through their website for double glazed windows, they rang me back but quickly realised they only offer upvc, not aluminium which is what i’m after. they closed my enquiry but then phoned again a few days later, only to hang up just before i got to pick up. no big deal tho, when i did get to chat with them they were polite, nice and pretty helpful.
