On 14th Feb 2019, I got a call from the number 01273936172, which I believe is from Brighton. The caller was talking about my washer’s warranty running out. I asked what the make and model of the machine was, but she said she didn’t know. I told her to call me again when she had that info, then ended the call.

Quite peculiar, especially as it was apparently under someone else's name. I swiftly informed them of their mistake and ended the call without hesitation.
