Got a call from this number earlier and didn’t pick up. After reading the reviews, I’m really relieved I wasn’t around to answer.

This woman rang me claiming she was part of the A1 Team and said they’d just received funds for home renovations. I told her flat out it was a dodgy call and that I’d heard the same spiel loads of times previously. She just said ‘alright then’ and put the phone down. You could tell she was nervous and not really comfortable with making these sorts of calls.

Got a call from someone saying they were from a company called First and part of some government thing about grants for replacing doors and windows. They said our address was on the list for getting a grant. When I told them we already had new doors and windows, they switched to trying to sell us a conservatory. Just another annoying cold call.

I got a call from a bloke called Mark claiming to be from A1 Green Team, asking about someone named Ronald. I couldn’t help but ask if he was some kind of stalker. After a few more questions, I was pretty sure he was just hassling me. He promised to take my number off his list, but warned it might not stop other calls coming through. I told him I’d be reporting the whole thing to the ICO and whoever else I can to put an end to it.

Received a call from this number at precisely 18:54 on the 5th of June, 2018, a Tuesday. I picked up the phone, but it was silent on the other end, so I decided to hang up.

I got a call from them before and said I was eating so I just hung up, then they rang again and I was quite curt with them.

Was silent at first, then they mentioned my name and Vision Homes. They suddenly hung up, so I figured it was some cold caller. Vision Homes is supposed to be in the Birmingham region. When I checked 1471, it showed .01273 and that's actually a Brighton area code.

Got a ring from an outfit named "A1 Green Team" claiming to be in St Neots and pushing energy-saving gadgets. The call came from a UK number, which they insisted was real, but when I tried calling back with 141 before it, it just said "unobtainable". Feels like a comeback from those old "Green Deals" calls that used to be everywhere. Thought those had disappeared after that big fine from the ICO to similar scammers. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
