Had a dodgy call earlier where some bloke said he was with a company called SKY, chatting about boiler insurance. Sounds fishy to me, especially since I don't even have a boiler at my place. Looks like a scam to me!

This afternoon just around midday, I got a call from 01273929956 but the caller didn’t say anything before hanging up. Then, not long after, the same number rang again. The person on the line claimed to be from Homeshield and told me my washing machine’s manufacturer warranty had expired. They said I could get an extra three years of cover, originally costing over £100, but now with a discount it would be £76. They wanted my payment info straight away. I asked if I could wait for my husband to get back from work but they said they close at 6pm and wouldn’t hold on. It felt dodgy so I just ended the call.
