They kept saying I was a ‘special customer’ and wanted to offer me 40% off my bill for a whole year. After about 20 minutes, I got fed up and told them it sounded fishy and when I’m ready, I’ll ring O2 properly myself. You should’ve seen how annoyed the guy got when I hung up!
