Got a call from some utility firm or whatever, claiming my boiler maintenance bill is way too high and they can lower it. Said they’d post some paperwork over. When I asked who actually looks after my boiler, he just kept going on about how much I supposedly pay. Then he started shouting at me, saying I wasn’t paying attention. I told him, “Who do you think you’re yelling at?” but he just shouted again that I wasn’t listening. Really dodgy behaviour, felt proper weird!
