Back on 16th December 2020, a woman named Tracey rang up the GP surgery. She said she was working for Independent Assessment Services linked to the DWP. Her request was for info about a patient and their PIP claim, but she wanted the details shared right then on the phone. She mentioned something about GMC section 115b, but we haven’t checked that out yet since we refused to give any info over the phone at all. We told her to send a formal written request instead. So far, we still haven’t had anything through from her.
