When I called for a repair, they said it was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty for two years. Feels like a complete rip-off. My advice? Don’t engage with them, just block their number straight away.

Honestly, don’t pick up if this number calls you - it’s just a load of scammers. I’m sick of these crooks ringing me up. One minute they’re hassling about some extended warranty on my washing machine, which is already under warranty, and the next they’re banging on about their voicemail being full. As if I care about their technical problems! There’s no way I’m handing over any of my money to these muppets. They should get a real job and stop bugging people like me.

Just like a bunch of folks here, this bloke, Aiden Thomas, kept calling up asking to chat with my missus about some washing machine warranty. We kept telling them we’re not into it, but they wouldn’t stop ringing. What’s worse, we’re signed up to the telephone preference scheme, so they’re really not allowed to be calling us like this.
