So yesterday I got a call from a bloke with an English accent about renewing insurance for a washing machine I don’t even have. When I asked him what brand the machine was, he didn’t know and said it might be one of a few brands - none of which I own. He said he'd take me off their call list. Then, today, an Asian lady rings me with the exact same story. I asked her the machine brand and she said she couldn’t tell me because that info was with their engineers. Told her to get lost straight away! This is the third time in three days. Totally fed up with these annoying calls!

Got a call from them at 10.16 this morning. The guy sounded English this time, bit of a change. He was pushing appliance insurance, so I just ended the call. Over the last five days, this number has tried ringing me quite a few times, but never left a voicemail. I don’t know who it is, but from what others have said, I think it might be about some appliance insurance they contacted me about ages ago, maybe a year back, trying to sell a cheaper plan or something. I received a call from a gentleman with an Asian accent who claimed to represent Sky. He mentioned something about my Sky insurance needing to be updated. I informed him that I don’t have any insurance for my Sky equipment and that I have no interest in acquiring any, after which I ended the call. He subsequently rang me back, but I chose not to answer. It’s painfully obvious this is a scam, as I highly doubt Sky would ever contact customers in such a manner.

Received a call from this number earlier. The chap was rambling on at such a pace that I couldn't quite catch everything. He was droning on about appliance insurance and even threw in something about home insurance, which, incidentally, isn't up for renewal until May or June. After I ended the call, the phone kept ringing for a solid five minutes! Quite the nuisance, if you ask me.

I can absolutely confirm this is a dodgy operation based on what I've seen.
