I think this was some sort of BT security hack or something. When I told the bloke that Jason definitely wasn’t his name, he got pretty annoyed. I guess I messed up whatever story he was spinning. I just ended the call and blocked the number.

I tried calling back but got a message saying the voicemail was full, and before that, no one picked up - the line just went silent.

I picked up but there was nobody there. The call ended after a few seconds. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
