It’s ok Ltd, ringing from 0800 0291793. They called my elderly mum, telling her she owed money for appliance services. Thankfully her card is blocked. They called again a few days later and then said they’d come round to collect the payment. When I rang back, the man denied saying that. He only admitted to one call the day before. My mum also says someone came to the house to collect money a week ago - probably the same lot. This firm is targeting older people, so watch out.

Got a call from Christian Taylor on 01273 009488, said he was from [#]it'sokuk[###]. He told me they’d taken over the insurance for my washing machine from my usual provider. Asked me to stop my direct debit with them and then, of course, tried to get my bank details to sort out a new direct debit for their company!

Complete bunch of liars and scammers. The staff were really rude and had big attitudes. They lied to us, took our cash without asking, and told us three different times that a refund cheque was on its way. Finally managed to get the refund. Wouldn't put any faith in these lot.

I got a call from the same company, ok ltd, earlier today saying my washing machine warranty had expired. It was from a different number though, 01273525850. They kept pushing me to renew the cover. I just hung up. This is the third time they’ve rung me. Planning to block both these numbers now.

Got a call from a really talkative bloke with an English accent claiming my washing machine insurance ended. Totally not true. I asked him which washing machine he meant. He answered real fast and kinda mumbled, “Beko.” I said, “Did you say Beko?” He goes, “Yeah, yeah, B E K O.” I’ve never had a Beko. Told him thanks but no thanks and hung up. Just a scammer, beware.

Got a random call from a bloke with a British accent, said his name was 'Callum' from some company called 'It's OK'. He claimed the warranty on my washing machine had run out and wanted me to renew it. Nah, not falling for that one. Straight into the block list.

Got a call from this firm sayin our Hoover washing machine insurance was up for renewal. Problem is, we've never had a Hoover washer. The bloke kept askin what model we had, but ours is brand new, only about 4 months old, and definitely not a Hoover. We've blocked their number now.

Luckily, my phone won’t let any calls come through unless the caller says who they are, and since it’s a call centre, they never do. Reading these comments, it’s clear these are scams like so many numbers these days. When are the authorities going to take action? Lately, I’ve been getting like five or six calls a day, and all of them end up being scams when I check here. I’m glad my phone keeps them blocked. It’s high time the government and the phone companies did something to put an end to this annoying harassment.

Nice young bloke said he was Harley from "It's OK", told me my washing machine warranty was ending soon and I had to renew it. He asked for me by name. I hadn't extended any warranty, so I could tell straight away it was a scam.

It's ridiculous how they keep calling about insuring stuff at home. They already know your name and what gear you have, but still keep ringing even after you tell them you're on the TPS. If that doesn't work, they'll start using the number 020810022903 to ring you. Proper annoying methods.

Got a call before, a woman was asking for my husband. Since he wasn't in, she said nicely she’d ring back later. She mentioned it was about the warranty on our washing machine manufacturer. TOTALLY SCAMMERS! A woman phoned up asking for my husband but had the wrong address, said she wanted to offer an extension for our washing machine warranty (which is over 6 years old and actually belongs to our landlord). She was quite insistent and even asked about the brand of our washing machine. When I said I didn’t know, she pushed to speak to my husband, so I just hung up. So relieved I didn’t give them the right address! Definitely some dodgy insurance scam going on here!

I always check who's ringing before answering, and if they don’t leave a message, I just block the number. Sometimes I look them up online, just like with this caller. Honestly, can people be daft enough to buy warranties from cold calls? I doubt it, which makes me suspicious that all those good reviews might be made up! Over the past few weeks, a caller has made six attempts to contact me. However, upon answering, I found that there was no one on the other end of the line. As a result, I decided to block the caller from contacting me. Despite this action, the caller persistently continues to make further attempts to reach out.

TOTAL SCAM WARNING - DO NOT ANSWER THESE JERKS This isnt a review page so those "Safe" feedbacks are clearly fake. Nobody gets a call then turns around and visits a site days later just to leave a "good" review. They might underestimate us, but they've only shown how dumb they are expecting us to buy into those "safe" comments.

Keep on ringing, total wastes of time. It’s a shame really cos these dodgy sorts ruin it for genuine businesses. They phoned me 4 times in a single day. When I finally picked up, listened to their spiel, they were trying to get me to pay a lump sum for washing machine cover. Asked if I could do monthly direct debit instead, since mine’s already set up that way and it’s far safer, but apparently not, only quarterly. Just a bunch of blaggers. Best avoided!

Got a service plan for my telly, washing machine and tumble dryer. Turned out way cheaper than Service Box, ended up saving £173 altogether. Proper chuffed with that!

Got a call from a firm saying our sky box warranty had run out. Thing is, we haven't had any warranty for ages, plus our box has been upgraded since. Total waste of time!

Got a call saying my LG tv warranty was up for renewal. Thing is, I bought that tv back in 2009! The warranty ended ages ago. I told them nicely I wasn’t looking to renew anything and ended the call before they could say anything back. Weirdly, they already knew my full first name too.

This company is legit, I use them for all my appliances and they’ve met my expectations every time. They fixed my cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer without any hassles. When my cooker broke down, they sent someone quickly which was great. I’d definitely suggest giving them a go. Way better service than D&G, I’m really happy I changed to It’s Ok Ltd.

Got a call from OK Ltd, they somehow had my name and address right away! They tried the usual spiel about a washing machine, but mine’s at least a decade old, not the brand they mentioned, and it belonged to the previous owners anyway. I told them I never agreed to be contacted, and they just brushed it off saying I don’t need to give permission. I said I’m covered and have been paying for it, then they just hung up on me. Proper worrying and irritating. Everyone should definitely report these spam calls to the TPS so they can try to sort it out!

Well, this firm called me up and already knew my name, where I live, and even that my warranty for a 42" Panasonic TV had run out. I have no idea where they dug up all that info from. The person on the phone tried to sell me a service contract and said they’d send the paperwork through the post. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they got a bit pushy, so I just thanked them and ended the call. Pretty clear they must have bought my details from whoever sold me the original warranty.

This number just rang me, but it turned out to be one of those automated messages saying no one could answer right now and to drop my name and number after the beep. Then it switched to another message saying the voicemail was full (probably from loads of annoyed folks swearing at it) before hanging up. It's now on my "Block and Annoy Back" list for sure.

Out of the blue, I received an unexpected phone call. A male voice addressed me by my name, so I politely requested him to reveal his identity. Unfortunately, he hastily ended the call.

Similar to what others have said, I got a call about setting up a service plan for a device we never owned. The guy said sorry once I told him and promised to take our info off his list.

I’ve got my appliances insured with It’s Ok Ltd and honestly, their service has been really good. When my washing machine messed up, they sorted out an engineer for me super quick and someone showed up the very next day. Problem was fixed in no time. I’d definitely tell my mates to use them, they’re reliable 100%!

SOMETHING FELT OFF! They claimed they were contacting me to extend the warranty on my washing machine. Then they asked me to create a password, saying it’d help the engineer access my details quicker when they visited. I wasn’t having any of it and refused. Right after that, they just ended the call abruptly.
