Absolute scam! They keep ringing about insurance for washing machines, what a joke. Seriously, they need to sort themselves out and stop with these outdated tricks.

Im almost certain this was a con. The guy claimed he was ringing to remind me about renewing my washing machine warranty, but the machine is barely a couple of months old. When I mentioned I’d have to verify the warranty details, he suddenly said he’d call back and then just hung up. Of course, when I looked into it, the warranty actually lasts for two years!

Got a ring from this number today, someone said her name was Jane, sounded like she had an Asian accent. She asked for me specifically and said she was from Sky Protect, talking about Sky gear at my place. Told her I don't have any Sky stuff here and she just ended the call straight away. Seems like a dodgy phishing attempt to me.
