Had a call earlier from Premier Protect, using a Brighton number 02033322964, but they also gave a “private line” 01273977504 as an option. Their customer service can be reached on 0338801762, all about this so-called National Home Cover policy they've rebranded. Like before, they’re pushing the usual deal - third year free. I’m curious what would happen if someone actually asked them to repair or swap out a faulty device! Not annoying or pushy, but I’d hate if someone got caught out and lost money dealing with them.

My dad got a call from this lot claiming he had some policy with them. They've even got a call centre and all that, so it sounds proper convincing, but honestly, it’s just a scam. Watch out for these people!

I got a call today from Premier Protect about some appliance insurance they said I had that ended back in June. They claimed each of my appliances was insured for £69 - not sure where they got that from! The call came from 01273977510. This isn’t the first time I’ve had calls like this from them in the last few months.

Got a call earlier from someone trying to sell me an insurance policy, so naturally, I decided to check them out. They had some seemingly real phone numbers, but that doesn’t guarantee they’re legit. The guy said he was from General and Domestic right at the start, which sounds pretty familiar to most. When I asked for the priority helpline number, he gave me 01273977458 and 03330098045. I tried ringing both but just got the line dead. After seeing all the reviews, I’m stearing well clear of them - seems like a proper scam to me.

My dad, who has dementia, got tricked into paying £690 for some insurance on white goods that was completely unnecessary. We've come across some notes he jotted down during the call, and it looks like he was reading from a script to tell the bank exactly what to say. Got a call from a bloke named Harvey claiming my washing machine’s warranty was running out - problem is, I don’t even have one! When I asked which firm he was with, he got all shifty and just said Premier Protect, based in Brighton, East Sussex. I kept pressing for more details and then he just hung up on me. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

Stay well clear of these lot! They target older folks with annoying cold calls trying to push pointless appliance insurance. When they get caught, don’t expect a refund - they just keep your money. Totally shameless crooks, no morals at all.

Heads up!! I just had another call from Premier Protect, they tried to blag info about my fridge and washing machine and started asking for money. They asked for my last digest expiry date and some numbers from the back of my card, which made me feel really uncomfortable all weekend. I tried ringing pp365 but no reply. So I looked up the number 01273977596 online and turns out it’s a scam. Bank called me, said my cards have been cancelled now. Be careful, don’t fall for it!

got a call from some premier protect lot, said something about extending my hotpoint warranty, but i dont even own a hotpoint or any warranty. they claimed to be based in brighton and the number kinda matched up, but the woman was abroad and couldnt give me an exact address or even the right washing machine model. fishy as hell if you ask me.

got a call from 0333 0090 845 about renewing washing machine insurance, but im already covered with a different provider. they asked for my old visa card info and seemed to know i had insurance on other stuff too, but wouldnt say which company. after a bit i called back and spoke to someone who said it was premier protect 365, but they didnt have any record of my earlier questions. i let my bank know about it all.

someone called saying they were from premier direct 365 trying to sell an extended warranty for my washing machine - problem is, i dont even own one. when i asked them to verify my info, they said they couldn’t because of data protection rules. i declined to give any personal info but they kept pushing for it. once i asked how they got my details, they just ended the call. would steer clear of these lot.

so this number 01273256870 rang me up and talked me into getting insurance for my washing machine, i paid £85.00 but luckily my bank spotted something was off and blocked the payment. despite that, they keep ringing me saying i should get in touch with my bank but i just ignore them. banks really saved me from getting scammed this time.

I got a call from someone saying they were from 365 Premier Protection. It felt dodgy straight away, and their website looked fake to me. They wanted to charge £210 for some supposed washing machine cover, but when I asked, they couldn't even tell me which machine they meant or how they got my nan’s number in the first place! Honestly, steer clear, it’s just a scam waiting to happen.
