Got a call from this number just now, and they asked for me by name. I asked who it was, and they claimed to be from the legal team at Auto Assist. Before he could say anything else, I told him if he was aware of GDPR rules, as I hadn’t reached out to them first, so contacting me was illegal and I’d be reporting them. He tried to speak again, but I cut him off and hung up.

They keep ringing me daily all week. I finally picked up and they started asking about a small car crash I supposedly had. (I’ve never even had an accident) Told them to remove me from their list right away. Proper annoying!!!

Just got a call from them, told them they shouldn’t be ringing me as I’m registered with TPS. When I was trying to get them to promise they wouldn’t call again, they just cut me off. It was horrible, they said I’d been in an accident - totally untrue. I’m well and truly fed up, getting at least 10 calls each day from loads of different places and they’re always so rude.

Got a call from some bloke at this firm and honestly, he was so rude he oughta be fired. Proper offensive and downright nasty. I reckon any calls about road accidents should just be stopped altogether because they can really upset folks. Sure, I'd had a small accident a while ago but when I told him to take me off their list, he turned all nasty and even threatened me. To top it off, he ended the call with a sarcastic “Have a nice day” like I was some joke. Honestly, just awful.
