I got a call asking me to set up an ISA for some “kids under 16” that apparently I’d mentioned in a survey. Thing is, I’ve got no kids - they sadly passed away before they were born. So I told the person on the phone about this and said I wanted to put in a complaint about how they clearly need to sort their info out.
