This is clearly some sort of dodgy washing machine warranty con, so it’s best to just end the call.

On the 11th of February, I received a call regarding extending the warranty on our Beko washing machine. However, the conversation got cut off abruptly, so I took a moment to verify our warranty information-turns out it doesn't expire until 2023! Quite surprising, really!

I had a call earlier claiming that my washing machine warranty had expired. Not a chance, pal! I only purchased it back in December!

I'm convinced this is a scam! Received a call about extending my washing machine's warranty, but they needed me to verify my personal info first. I flatly refused to confirm anything. The caller insisted I could extend coverage on a warranty that’s already expired. When I quizzed him on the brand of my washing machine, he claimed it was BEKO. What a joke-I’ve never owned one of those! Nice attempt, but he hung up pretty quickly!

So, I've been getting calls from Homeshield direct ever since I did a quick search on Google for appliance repair services. I've chosen to ignore them for now, though.
