Got a call yesterday about a boiler warranty, decided not to pick up today and now it’s about a washing machine warranty. I never bother with calls from numbers I don’t know. These scammers are just throwing their time and cash down the drain.

I picked up and there was nobody on the other end. After that, some robotic voice came on saying "mailbox 201 is full and can't take any more messages". And then you went and called me a bell-end!

These scammers are just awful. They tried to get my elderly mum to give her credit card info, but thankfully she was sharp enough to hang up on them.

My washing machine's warranty had run out, when I got a call from someone saying they were from Hotpoint, Beko, Indesit offering warranty extensions. Thing is, we never even had any warranty with them to renew. Then they started pushing deals on dishwashers and dryers, which aren't even from the Hotpoint group. This feels like a total con and I reckon it should be reported to the proper folks. Best to just ignore these calls.

Someone called and harshly demanded to speak to my wife, I just hung up as soon as I picked up the phone.

I wonder how many different numbers this company has! They didn’t leave any voicemail, but when I called back, the message said it was from OK Insurance. Total waste of my time ringing them back.

Got a call from someone trying to sell me a washing machine warranty renewal. Thing is, I’ve never had one to start with. Then she went on about the manufacturer’s warranty running out soon. My machine’s about 10 years old, so I really don’t buy that story.
