Got a call from some Indian guy claiming there was an issue with my BT broadband. Let him talk for a bit, then told him I’m actually with Virgin. He just hung up straight away!

Got a call from some dodgy BT scam, they already had loads of my personal info and then tried to get my bank details. Blocking their number didn’t really do much. But I did report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040, which is supposed to help track these nasty scammers down and get them punished!
