There was a guy with an Asian accent on the phone and when I questioned him, he couldn’t give me any real personal info. I kept pushing but all he had was a surname and an address. Honestly, if you know who lives at that address, you'd be able to answer my straightforward question. I told him straight up that if I looked up his number online, it’d probably say 'scammer'! Seriously, folks, don’t let these jokers fool you - ask them loads of questions about you. If they can’t answer, they clearly don’t have your real details like proper companies would.

There was a really long silence before the caller said anything. The person, calling himself "Richard", sounded off, like maybe he wasn’t feeling great or just didn’t bother to explain whatever he had in mind. It’s baffling why companies don’t train their employees properly on how to handle phone calls. Tried ringing back, but it just said "number not recognised" on my end.
