Got a call from someone saying they were with Microsoft, saying my computer was full of viruses. They spoke really broken English and were trying to get me to give them access. Total scam.

Today around half past twelve, I got a call from a bloke named 'Peter' who spoke with an Indian accent. He claimed to be from 'Microsoft Services' and said there were issues with my PC. Just as I was about to politely tell him off for the obvious scam, he suddenly hung up. Normally, their number never shows up on my caller ID, but this time it actually did.

I mentioned I was using an Apple, and he just said he had a mango - quite funny actually. Then he just dropped the call!
