Total scam, for sure! Got a call from a barnsley number on monday, they said it was about my computer. I told them i don’t even own one and then they had the nerve to call me a liar. I blocked the number, but now they keep ringing me from loads of other numbers all day. So annoying!

Just got one of those automated calls, saying my IP’s been hacked from loads of different countries and that I need to switch it or I’ll be cut off in two days. I’ve had these scammy calls before but never from an 01270 number. From what I’ve seen earlier, this is definitely a con.

Got a call saying my line was going to be disconnected, then told to press 9 to get an engineer through. Definitely a scam, don't fall for it!

Some bloke claiming to be from my internet provider phoned me up today saying my connection was going to be cut off from now on. I ended up speaking to "an engineer" but told him straight it was complete rubbish. I've had these calls pop up loads of times before, always from different numbers but the story is exactly the same!

got a call with a robotic voice saying my ip address was hacked and being used in multiple countries. they warned my internet would get cut off in 2 days. sounds like a total scam to me.
