Somebody called saying they were from Virgin Media and wanted to fix my router issues. I told them I’m not a Virgin customer, but they said it didn’t matter and they could still assist. After that, they asked if I had a computer. When I questioned what exactly they were trying to do, I got told my voice was cutting out - and then the call just ended abruptly...
