I've received yet another one of those pesky automated calls claiming to be from Amazon, insisting that my account has been compromised and that I’d be hit with a £99 charge for a Prime subscription. They wanted me to press 1 to chat with their so-called customer service. Naturally, I reached out to Amazon directly, and they assured me it wasn’t from them. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with this nonsense!
