Sounds dodgy to me, some woman kept repeating a name that wasn’t mine and then she just ended the call.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from UK Essential, but when I asked why they were ringing me, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. The caller, who said her name was Judy, ended up just hanging up on me. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

I got a call from someone saying they were from UK Essentials, but they cut off before they could finish talking. It felt a bit off because they seemed thrown when I said who I was, like they weren’t expecting it or it wasn’t part of their usual lines. Definitely seemed dodgy.

Got a call from 01270 560918 on the 26th of April at about 11 in the morning. No idea who it was, so I looked it up here and it seems to be spam. Didn’t pick up, just left it ringing. It’s an unknown landline number.

This morning at around 12.11, my mother-in-law got a call from 01270560918. As soon as she asked who it was, the caller hung up straight away. When we looked into it, the number turned out to belong to an elderly lady in her eighties. She mentioned she’s been getting loads of calls lately, which makes us think someone’s using her number for some dodgy stuff.
