Got a call from one of those mobile phone sales reps, you know, the type who just won’t take no for an answer. After trying to be polite and firm, I ended up hanging up because it was going nowhere. Then, she rang me back three times within a minute! Honestly, she could do with some better training on recognising when people genuinely mean no.
