Right, so it seems BT say there’s some problems with my line that have to be sorted out (yeah, like I really believe that). I wanted to know exactly what the issues were so I could run it past my brother-in-law who works there. Of course, the ‘BT’ guy wouldn’t tell me his name or give me a number to ring back on. Then he just cut me off! Not shocked at all.
