Some bloke rang me up saying he was from ssindia, our card machine supplier, telling me our contract was about to run out. I asked him to identify who our supplier was first, and he said ssindia again. I'm certain this was a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Got a call from what seemed like a normal landline, but it was just one of those usual scams from some call centre in India pretending to offer a mobile upgrade. They didn't even bother to learn my name. These scammers always try to rush you with some urgent story to freak you out. My advice: don’t get caught up in it and never share any personal info, not even your name.

Sounds like this number is connected to scammers, probably from India. They try to sell the iPhone 13 Pro Max for way less than it’s worth. I find it quite funny to mess with them by acting like I’m genuinely interested, then feeding them false info and asking them to verify everything twice. I get calls from them regularly and always record the conversations for a bit of a laugh.

Around Manchester here: I didn’t quite get the company name, but they said, “How are you ma’am?” When I asked who they were calling for, the lady just cut the call straight away.
