They started with the same old "How's your day going?" and then asked if I was the business owner - boring! I just ended the call then and there.

This was clearly a con. Someone kept ringing saying they were from National Grid and needed to swap our meters out. They were quite rude and kept going on even though it was hard to make out what they were saying. Got several calls so I ended up blocking the number. I rang National Grid afterwards and was told they don’t actually do meter replacements, it’s something only your energy provider sorts.
