FRAUD ALERT - This outfit tried to convince us that we’d forked out £199 for television insurance. Not a chance in the world! They were incredibly convincing, insisting that we had indeed signed up for coverage. When we mentioned cancelling, they threatened us with fees. To top it off, they claimed we were eligible for a 40% discount because we hadn’t filed any claims. They were keen for us to renew the policy. However, when we pressed them about their dubious claims, the line went all crackly and they could barely even hear us. Honestly, this company is a disgrace, preying on unsuspecting folks and attempting to swindle them out of their hard-earned money. Best to steer clear and report them!
