I received a call from a lady with a lovely Indian accent who actually knew my name, which I found a bit odd. She inquired if I was into any sort of investments, but I was rather taken aback by her probing. So, I decided to end the conversation and hang up. To my surprise, I ended up with five missed calls shortly after! It didn’t sit well with me, so I figured it was best to block the number altogether!

I asked them to take my phone and address off their list and they totally lost it. They started being really cheeky, asking if I was even a mechanic and what I’d do if the car broke down. I said yeah, I am a mechanic and I’d sort it out myself. Then they got all patronising, questioning what kind of mechanic I was and even called me a fibber. It was proper awkward.
