BE CAREFUL! Don't pick up if this number rings you! I got a call from it not long ago and it was some woman from overseas who was trying to trick me, saying she’d cast some kind of spell on me right through the phone. I started making weird noises (guess it’s because I believe I’m protected by some kinda spirit), and she just hung up on me right away. Later on, I tried calling back, hoping to say a prayer to undo any bad vibes she might've put on me, but all I got was an automated female voice saying the number wasn’t in service. Stay safe, folks!

I've come across several comments indicating this number might be associated with Carphone Warehouse. However, I've received two calls now from them, both purporting to be from Virgin Media, which raises a few red flags for me. Seems a bit suspect, if you ask me.

So these guys are saying they have a £30 deal on the iPhone max, but it’s not a real online offer, its all done over the phone lol 😂😂 I would say just avoid picking up, but if you do, mess with them a bit, basically give them the same hassle they give you 👍🏻 Honestly it’s kinda funny and makes for a good laugh!

I don’t usually pick up numbers I don’t recognise, especially if they’re not saved in my phone. Heard a lot about people saying these calls are from Carphone Warehouse - I think they got hacked some years back and my details were probably taken too. Seems like those hacked details might be making the rounds again on the dark web or something, cos the spam calls had quietened down for a while but then on Friday and again today, I got calls from different numbers both pretending to be from CW.

Upon answering the phone, I was met with nothing but the sounds of a bustling call centre in the background. I repeatedly uttered 'hello', yet no one responded, and before I knew it, the line went dead.
