Over the past few days, I've been plagued by numerous calls from this number that were utterly silent. However, today was different. The caller actually spoke this time and tried to sell me a service that claims to block all those pesky telemarketers. Naturally, I turned down their proposition.

Got another call from the same number today, but this time the guy actually spoke. He claimed to be from some call blocking company, said he was going to stop all those annoying telemarketers and update my blocking settings or something. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
