Got a call from someone claiming to be from Homecare Assist asking for the final payment on my TV Repair Plan. When I asked which TV they meant, they just told me it was a security question. Hilarious! I reminded them I signed up when there was a promo for two years free cover. They sounded pretty convincing, so be careful folks.

They called me and actually asked for me by name. When I replied with "May I know who's calling?", they just ended the call straight away.

They called saying my mum had unpaid bills and wanted her bank info, which came across as really pushy. Since my mum had died, she passed the phone to me. When I started asking loads of questions, they got more and more aggressive, insisting they needed to speak to her directly. Eventually, I just left the phone on and got on with other things, and they ended up hanging up.
