Had a call just before 3 this afternoon. The guy knew my name and started asking about energy stuff. Seemed friendly enough, though his accent made it a bit tricky to catch everything. He asked if I was looking to switch energy providers. I replied that I’m actually finding my own new supplier. He said bye and ended the call.

Some Asian woman gave me a ring earlier, wanted to know if she could ask me some stuff. I told her it would depend on what she wanted to ask, and she just hung up on me. Later, I tried ringing back the same number from my landline, and weirdly, a voice said “I love my offers.” Feels like this number might be getting used by someone else without permission.

Whenever I ask what kind of company Fusion is or what the survey’s about, they just say “it’s a legit UK company” but won't explain anything else. They either don’t have a clue or it’s a bit of a con. Didn’t even bother with the survey questions - trying to get straight answers was way too annoying.

I got a missed call from this number, so I decided to ring them back. When they picked up, the person said something like “thanks for calling I love my offers” and I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Fusion who said they had a few questions to ask. I humoured them for a bit, but then they started asking stuff like how old I am, if I own my place and whether my energy comes from British Gas. Seems they were just fishing for data, almost defo for selling or passing on to another company. My advice? Don't give them any info.
