My mum got bombarded with calls, like 11 times in just one hour. She already forked out £250 back in September. Then on the 11th of October they called again, and later that evening tried to take £196 at 8.40pm but thankfully the bank stopped it. Such dodgy tactics, really awful people.

My mum got a call from someone claiming to be her bank and asked her for the three digits on the back of her credit card. Later, I tried ringing the number they gave us back, but all I got was put on hold with music for ages, then a different voice came on and just said goodbye. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
