My mum got a call after dad died and these lot tricked her into paying £154 for some kind of cover she still has no clue about. They rang her up again today, proper pushy and shouting that she had to pay up again or else she wouldn’t be covered. It really upset her, and she ended up ringing me in tears.

I've been getting loads of calls nonstop from someone insisting I owe money for an insurance policy I never even took out. They come across as really aggressive and pushy too.
