Got a call earlier from this number, they said they were from O2 and told me my contract is nearly up in a few months. They tried to push an upgrade on me. I just said no straight away. Then he went on about it being a free upgrade or something. Blocked it right away.

Someone rang saying they were from the phone firm about an upgrade... they knew my name and a kinda close first part of my address (I said it was right). They said I had an iPhone but weren’t sure which one, then asked how much I pay - I said around £30. They then said £39, asked if that was right, I said yes (but it isn’t). Then they said nothing cheaper was available and I should ring back in January?! Bit suspicious! Looked up the number online... feeling like it might be a scam.
