I called back this number and got a voicemail saying it was from On Tech Solutions. The message said to email [email protected] if I wanted to opt out. I got a call from someone saying she was with OpenReach, sounded like an Indian woman with loads of noise in the background. She kept going on about some issue with my internet, said it was being used for dodgy stuff. She wanted to know how many devices I had connected to my WiFi. When I asked who she was, she got annoyed and said she’d already told me her name. I told her I wouldn’t share any info and then she just hung up on me. Illegal usage? Seriously? Ridiculous!
