Watch out for Wise Insurance!!! I asked for a quote online and since then, I’ve had like 15 missed calls in just one day. The quote ended up being £1100 more expensive than first told. When I asked them to remove my number, they kept ringing and then lied about having a “special discount” for me. The price was exactly the same. Best not to answer if this number rings, it’s Be Wiser Insurance. Honestly, the worst insurance provider I’ve come across. If you look up reviews on Money Market, you’ll see what I mean. The people there were really rude and not helpful at all. I ended up paying for my car insurance for almost a year, only to find out it wasn’t even active. They completely messed up my policy.

Nowadays, there’s loads of scams and annoying cold calls, so I just let any call from an unknown number go straight to voicemail. If it’s something important, they’d leave a proper message and then I’d call back. Problem is, they rarely bother leaving a message, so fingers crossed it’s hurting them a bit. I really think the big phone companies ought to only give numbers to people who are traceable and responsible.
