I signed up for a policy with them on 2nd December 2014, meant to last a year with 9 monthly payments of £124.48 each taken by direct debit. The final payment was taken on 1st September 2015. Between 22nd and 26th September 2015, I got in touch with the company to cancel my car insurance. Yet, they still took two payments of £245.28 from my account in December 2015!! They claim the policy was renewed at the new price of £245.28!!! Now, even after 7 months, I’m still having issues with them!

Be Wiser insurance gave me an online quote for £540, then an email quote for £380. They called and said it was £460 at first but then dropped to £340. You can give them a go, but I’d definitely look around. I found Hastings Direct for £221 and I’m happy with that. Might not be the absolute cheapest, but I got sick of putting all my info in again and again.

If you’re after insurance, I’d say this is one worth picking up. I got a call from BEWISE. While they seemed the priciest by far online, on the phone they were hands down the cheapest. To give you an example, my bike insurance showed as £1050 on Bewise’s site. The best I found online elsewhere was about £540. But after speaking to BWISE on the phone, I managed to sort a deal for just £350.

Signed up for insurance with BeWiser when I was still feeling poorly with flu and wasn’t really paying attention. When the paperwork arrived, the fine print revealed the total cost was actually £793, but only £430 was for the insurance itself! They tacked on a big admin fee! I cancelled straight away and they said there’d be no admin fees once they acknowledged the hidden charges. Not impressed at all. Now just waiting up to 5 days for a refund. Honestly, steer clear.

Be wise quoted me £11,000 to insure my motorbike for dispatch work, then kept calling about some 3rd party stuff. Couldn’t make out a word they said cos of the strong Asian accent. What I did catch was just rubbish. Got a quote from MSE for £770 instead, no contest. Absolute muppets, total waste of time and breath.

Had the exact same thing happen like others here. Kept ringing even after I told them to leave me alone. The Bewise online quote was way more expensive than other sites I checked. Feels like the site is just set up to grab your phone number and personal info before passing it on to businesses. Wouldn’t recommend using it.

BE WISE insurance. I did an online quote and hit the 'no calls' option, but the phone started buzzing in just a couple of minutes. They rang me 5 times in under an hour. Honestly, steer clear of BE WISE Insurance.

Got a call less than 5 mins after getting an online quote, then a txt saying the quote didn’t cover NCD ??? The price was higher than what I found straight from the company anyway - flagged the number as spam so I’m not picking up again.
