I reckon this might be a scam, seeing as they just left a voicemail saying “hello, Mobile”. If it were something important, they’d probably explain why they’re calling, which they didn’t do. Also, most legit companies would say who they are and mention their organisation, but this caller didn’t bother with any of that.

I’ve tried blocking their numbers but somehow they still manage to ring me from different ones. Even after signing up with the TPS, they keep on pestering me. These folks from Enabling Change are proper nuisances!
