When the second call came through a couple of hours later, I decided to pick up. It was a woman named Nancy claiming there was an issue with Microsoft. I feigned confusion and told her I’d have to connect her to the IT team. Suddenly, she hung up on me! What measures can be taken to put an end to these nuisances? We’re already on the TPS list!
