She was really impolite and kept pushing me for info but refused to provide any contact number for me to ring back. She said I couldn’t return the call to her number. Threatened that if I didn’t give the information she'd be back and we’d face fines and disconnection. Apparently, they were doling out some temporary discounted rates this week, but those prices were set to rise dramatically in the following week. When she asked, “So, shall we proceed with the renewal right now?” I replied that I wanted to have a look around for better options.
