Got three calls from this number today, no clue who they are. Didn't leave a voicemail or anything, so I'm just ignoring it.

Sounds like one of those dodgy scams where they tell you to press 2 to talk to the next person available. If you do that, you might get put through to an 09 number. Calling those can cost a fortune, sometimes charging you up to £3.60 a minute or £6 per call, which supposedly helps pay for the service. That's not including the usual connection fee your phone provider adds on top. Watch out for this one!

I’m not familiar with anyone from the Alloa region, yet my phone keeps receiving calls from that area code. I’ve had to block three different numbers with that code already.

I ended up blocking that number, but then a similar one popped up, just with a different last digit. I picked up, but no one spoke. So yeah, I blocked that one too.

This number keeps ringing me, sometimes the last couple of digits change but it’s obviously the same caller. I just ignore and block it every time, but then another one pops up again. Better off just not picking up at all!
