Got a call from Boots Hearing Care but it was just an automated voice, and they rang me super late at night which was really annoying.

Boots Hearing Care has been calling me late into the evening, and each time it’s just a recorded message. Quite annoying, really!

I received a rather persistent automated call purportedly from Halifax, claiming I was in the process of establishing a direct debit for £28 linked to an account number ending in ****. Here's the kicker: I don't even hold an account with them! They rang me no less than seven times in a mere quarter of an hour. Quite the vexation, if you ask me!
