Then a few minutes later, I got this robotic call telling me there was a problem and to press 1 to fix it. I just ended the call. These scammers should really be shut down by the Indian authorities and the people behind this made to pay, but I doubt that will happen. She started telling me my laptop needed an upgrade and to log on, which I wasn’t keen on at all. She kept pushing though. I even offered to put her through to the engineer but she didn’t want that.
