Got a call where nobody spoke, looked like some kinda scam to me!

Really hard to make out what he was saying. Said he was from BT and needed to fix some internet issues. I asked him to send over an authentication code so we could be sure we were both legit. He kept pushing and started getting a bit rude, telling me to go on my computer and asking what kind of router I had. I told him that since he said he worked for BT, he should already know, and kept insisting on that verification code. I just chatted to him while doing other things. In the end, he just gave up and hung up on me.

Somebody rang me up saying there was a problem with my internet router. They sounded pretty certain it was broken or something wrong with it. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
