Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Internet, talking about problems with my broadband connection and asking if my service was cutting out. They wanted to reset my router or something. It didn’t feel right, so I told them I’d call the company back myself. They wouldn’t say which department they were from and then just ended the call. Definitely looks like a scam to me!
